I strongly suggest you pick a different pizza restaurant due to this location’s poor customer service. I left a review this morning about an order I placed Tuesday being wrong when it arrived and the restaurant giving me a run-around when handling my refund. Since I’m seeing now my review has been deleted, I’m back to make sure the truth gets out. THIS RESTAURANT MAKES MISTAKES, DOES NOT ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY, AND DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. I’ve been trying to contact the manager for days regarding the order they messed up, however the moment I left a bad review, I instantly get a call from this so-called manager who decided to argue with me about the situation, as if I did something wrong! He even admitted how the person that made the mistake is in the process of getting fired, yet still didn’t want to resolve the mistake because of their “no refund policy”. When I told him the best solution would be crediting my office so the next time we do order we are discounted for the amount that should have been refunded, he actually says the only way he would do it is if I take down my google review lol. Cannot believe the way this establishment handles business but I would strongly suggest staying away. I mean, if a business has to have a “no refund policy” you know it’s because they’re constantly making mistakes, right? Save yourself the stress and go to Aurelio’s instead. They got way better pizza anyway! Service: 1

Just left there, drove back home and we were pleasantly SURPRISED This pizza is dayem!!! Good!!! We dont live close but this place was worth stopping off at....we will back!! Yum!!! Im still eating it!! The crust is soft yet still hot and a slight crisp. Delivery driver had to comment on the fact i didn’t supply him a tip and pointed out how much of a discount i got on the order with ubers 50% offcoupon currently. wasn’t an uber eats delivery driver like i had thought, it was the restaurants staff. here’s a tip, get a better job and stop ruining/making my meal unenjoyable. husband says we will not be ordering from here again due to the altercation. good food but that incident upset our stomachs enough to not return.
