Do not check what they serve people. Shame on you waba I will never be back to this institution again. Be aware that the customer is what they serve people. And I tried to drive back and no answers to the phone
This is the first Waba grill that I was saying that they are not allowed to sell tofu in the evenings according to their manager instructions, than I after the manager name and phone number that they decided to call someone under the name ashley gomez, and they told me that they decided to limit the sale tofu in the evenings because they can go to product that they could go to me. so it is not that they are out of the tofu, it is only that they care about the shares of tomorrow.
Very tasty! great customer service, fast service and very friendly environment. the knödel are my favorite! the prices are very reasonable.
I Always come here, but today my wife and I went around 6:30 pm and our chicken was burned to the point that all I tasted was burnt and dried chicken I come here very often its always delicious untill today! Complete waste of $20 .
I hardly ever post reviews, especially not negative ones. Placed an online order at 9:24, place closes at 10:30. I arrive to the place and it?s closed, with a ?be back in 30? sign. Already knew it wasn?t going to be a good experience. I see the 2 workers cleaning in a rush, like they just want to get out of there (which I understand), but there?s more than an hour left for the place to close! I check my order to see if it?s complete and looks good from the outside, but when I get home I?m in for the nastiest looking chicken I have ever seen, there was raw parts in it, there was absolutely no grilling, maybe some boiling and I don?t wanna go too in depth, I?ll just let the couple of photos I took speak fro them selves. I go back to show it to them, they agree it?s not well cooked and offered to redo it. I don?t want them to dirty the stuff they just cleaned, though I wonder what would happen with the next few orders. I asked for a refund. They couldn?t process a refund because it was an online order. They called the manager, and I talked to her, she would process the refund until tomorrow morning. It?s not so much about the money, it?s the time wasted, the exposure to raw chicken, and just an overall bad experience. Would give it Zero stars if possible.
