Additionally, there was a lack of halal cooked meat options available, such as chicken and beef products. It would be great if these items, like Kamar ballo, Tahira chicken sandwich slices with hot pepper, and tikka sausage, were offered in a dedicated section alongside the fresh and frozen halal meats, as there was a visible sign for those. With Ramadan underway, it would be nice for the store to pay extra attention to halal offerings since many consumers are cooking and preparing meals more than usual during this time. Other stores seem to highlight their halal products more prominently. The selection of clothing in the George department was limited, particularly for larger women sizes like BHS, including underwear and pajamas. I also noticed that flip-flops were only available for men. Furthermore, I was unable to find any energy-saving light bulbs, even though staff members tried to assist me. On a positive note, there were plenty of parking spaces, especially for disabled customers. Overall, I'd be happy to shop there again soon.
It's always great to stop by this place for a quick visit or to stock up on supplies. They offer a solid selection of products at reasonable prices, and there's a nice café on the top floor. There are plenty of trolleys and baskets available for convenience. The restrooms on both floors are consistently clean. The store itself is tidy and well-organized, making shopping a pleasant experience.
I shop at Asda about 4 to 5 times a month, and I can typically find about 95% of the items on my shopping list. Given this, I would give it 4 stars for its convenience, especially considering the busy traffic during rush hour.
