The White Horse - South Gloucestershire

Yesterday on Boxing Day, my family and I met at The White Horse. I am pleased that we chose this restaurant because the service, hospitality, and food were all excellent. We brought our dog with us and were seated in their dog-friendly area by the fire. Although they had been busy earlier in the day, we had the area to ourselves when we visited at 4pm, which was wonderful. Each of us ordered different meals and they were all exceptionally delicious. It is rare to satisfy everyone, but we could not find fault with anything. We will definitely be returning! Thank you to the entire team! x

A perfect evening with amazing food and service from Rumit and Tosh. I host my ladies group special events here as well as attending with family. I cannot recommend highly enough. Outstanding.

Our Ladies Group enjoyed their Christmas meal and the whole evening was a success. Food was from the Christmas menu so lots of choices and spoilt for making a decision. A fire was a warm welcome, the service was great and staff excellent. Super evening

Rumit and his father organized a fantastic Indian lunch for us after our wedding, with about 60 guests, in early September. The party took place on their comfortable and spacious deck, but they were prepared to move inside if the weather had not cooperated. Prior to the event, we had a food tasting session where they made sure that the menu suited our tastes. They even accommodated our request for specific drinks, such as jugs of Virgin Mary's, which was not something they typically offered. Surprisingly, their homemade lemonade was the hit of the day! The event was a huge success, with plenty of delicious food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. We are extremely grateful to them for making the last day of our long and happy weekend so enjoyable. - Susan and Manoj Khosla

This is a fantastic pub restaurant, My second visit I love the idea of the choice of a delicious curry or traditional Sunday roast on a Sunday. The atmosphere is really great and the staff superbly professional. Well worth the journey down the M5 from Gloucester. Will be doing the journey again very soon !
