Chilli Hut - South Holland

I walked into Chilli Hut to place my takeaway order in person. I had a conversation with the friendly lady and Sonny about how important the order was. A close friend who had just returned home from a hospital stay really wanted a Chicken Shish Kebab with crispy chips. I ordered a plain Chicken Tikka with boiled rice and vegetable curry for myself. The food was truly outstanding. The Chicken Shish Kebab was cooked perfectly, the wrap was freshly made, and the chips were crispy. My friend, who had been through a lot, was overjoyed by the meal and even shed a tear. I also enjoyed my meal very much. Thank you, Sonny, for bringing so much happiness and joy to someone who had just come home from the hospital. We will definitely be returning to Chilli Hut in the future.

We had a delivery, the delivery came the meal we had ordered was a pilau rice short, this is EXACTLY what happened the time before, I rang the last time and they said “ would you like us to send one out to you? (In which case the meal would be cold as we live quite a while away) as said no I’m just letting you know that it hasn’t arrived and please be a bit more attentive for the rest of the community you serve.I shall not be ringing them up to explain what has happened AGAIN, I would rather post my sad experience I have had with them again on here, it just ruins the meal.

I've been using chilli hut for 4 years and the service has gradually got worse. The lady on the phone is really helpful and the food is great but every time we order the delivery takes 2 hours plus. When you speak to them they apologise and say it won't happen again but it does. Rui s the kids Friday night treat because they can't stay awake for it. A real shame they can't get their act together. Now it's too late for dinner and I have 2 very upset children. I won't be using you again

Have ordered take away food to be delivered on 3 separate occasions now as local to us. Each delivery has been missing items that were ordered over the phone and we made sure that we went over the ordered items twice with the person taking the order. Never again will we order any more food from this takeaway as one person this evening went without eating and I had to cook a dinner for this person. I did ask for the order to be redelivered however was informed that no drivers were available. DO NOT ORDER for delivery from this Takeaway If you wish to receive a complete order. 3 times now is a joke !!!

Food is probably the best of takeaways in holbeach but once you ring you number get stored and sends you spam msgs and the cost to unsubscribe pretty poor with privacy.
