Seriously one of my favorite hang outs. Solid wifi. Great selection of beverages. Evening programming. Worth the trip, for sure.
Been going t o Tea poets forever and a day. Recently they changed management. Worst move ever. I will never ever go there again. You asked for light ice. They fill the cup up to the top when you complain about it then they give you light ice and put the tea 3/4 of the cup. Like it was liquor. They have lost my business I deeply recommend you go elsewhere for your tea! Poor customer service!
Horrible service. The new manager that took over has no customer service and is very rude . We have been coming here for years and never have i felt so insulted and disrespected . Lina has made it open herself to treat tea like liquor measured we asked for light ice and she only poured half the tea, her reasoning is that tea is measured so i am basically paying for $6 tea for ice and cup ridiculous.
Wow! A great shared venue with open mic nights. Check it out when you can! Local beer and wine available, along with teas and coffees. Also snacks like sweets and cookies and such. Not sure exactly the business model, it has that feeling of a shared space where local artists and vendors wind up renting and then tea and poets handles the sale. Nice variety of look and see. Easy access to the parking garage. Note that the area is paid parking only. No gratis parking available. Free WiFi, and easy to attach.
