Determined to eat. very small customers where they eat. it is not like panera of old; where they hoped that a place was available. suppen are the same absolutely fantastic.
The food was good. the service was not great. we were moved to the kiosk to give our order after we had already waited in the line. when I wasn't sure if my credit card was passed, we went to the coworker to ask. she rolled her eyes and made a walk for about 5 minutes to check if our order was inserted. then the sun visor was brutal, no matter where you say. would have been nice if a hired man could watch to see the dazzle and pull a blind or two down.
This is the worst run Panera I’ve seen yet. Currently in the location and no one is there to take orders. There is a long line of people waiting, mostly old folks who presumably weren’t comfortable using the kiosks. When a Panera team member enters into the front area and is asked about ordering, she has to turn off her headset to listen. Unfortunately she didn’t seem to respond and went about frantically packing her order I realized rather than staff the place properly, Management opted to have the line staff take drive thru orders while filling orders and preparing food. 20 mins plus waiting for the Mediterranean sandwich. At the pickup counter, you can see the kitchen is in disarray. Orders for take out are piled up at the counter, for awhile and no one is here. Not sure if those customers left or are outside in their car and these orders just got mixed up. No service. Let down for the norm. the food came out very tasty though!!!
This location must have forgotten that masks are no longer being worn and it’s not what you say it’s how you say it! we can see your facial expressions…also body language hello!!!!! It is inappropriate to handle peoples food rudely just because you are asked to cut your kids sandwich in half…my goodness!! You know who you are dude with the turquoise shirt at 3:20pm 7 25! I get companies are hard up for employees but customers are working hard for the money too and we will choose carefully where we go to spend it! Do Better! Greet Customers so they are welcomed!!!Wow!!!4 people ignored us hoping we would use the kiosks but dang All these registers and not one open???? No Thanks not ever again!
