Food suppa duppa, decor is from the 1970s, kind of rough around the edges, needs a renovation.
The food and service at Mt. Fuji in Southampton is INCREDIBLE !!! The menu is really creative and the freshness of all of the fish and ingredients is TOP QUALITY. This is a MUST HAVE experience when living here or visiting the Hamptons! You can also order by phone and pick up. Great for entertaining, parties or after a long trip on the LIE. Fresh and delicious highly recommended by me, all of my friends and family! You HAVE to try this venue.
Not great service, we felt we were annoying them by bothering them with our order. Ordered green tea while waiting for take out and were told briskly we don 't have honey. Overheard waitress say to another customer, we don 't have coffee. Overpriced for what it is. Brown rice was a little old and chewy.
Wow what a dumpster fire of a restaurant/business. I walked in on a Wednesday at 9pm to get a quick dinner before work. The staff was eating at this time, instead of interrupting their meal I sat myself at the sushi bar. Always welcoming, yeh right. The girl made it very obvious she didn 't want to serve me. So I ordered the sushi combo with the sushi chef. I proceeded to ask him if it came with soup or salad. But neither comes with it--No problem. Well the sushi was like 2.5stars, it just wasn 't fresh at all and the serving size was weak. The service is an absolute joke and the prices are ridiculous. I wanted to order quick but the waitress couldn 't wait to get back to her meal. I did receive a consolation prize, a beautiful green roach came out of a crack of where the sushi is kept and the bar. I really did appreciate this, as I was kind of lonely and it added the illusion of having crunchy stuff in my rolls. The chef then apologized for the roach after it made its way up the sushi bar. He assured me by lifting up the glue trap from behind the sushi bar on the floor, the roach problem was being attended to. 'Just sometimes one gets loose '. lol ha really funny dude. I was kind of pissed after spending $28 for garbage and on top of that I had to buy a bag of chips right after the meal and then Wendy 's at 1am. The prices and menu both suck, I wanted to spend around $20. Stay away, hopefully eventually they will too. No not the roaches, any potential customers. I used to work in a restaurant and things do happen sometimes that we can 't control, but there is a way to handle it.
