Quick stop for good food atmosphere and service 3 ???

If you are gonna call yourself a wing place, you better deliver. Well, they didnt. Service was slow even though they were both busy. Food is okay. Nothing to remember. Had beeter from grocery store deli. Atmosphere not children friendly although there were couples with children at every table but one. Over priced menu for food served. Best thing I ate was carrot sticks with ranch. Nachos didn't have any cheese.

Let me start by saying I was excited to go out for my birthday with my family. I also want to say that our waitress was a total sweetheart and we understand that nothing that happened was her fault. We truly felt bad for her. There was 7 of us in our party, six adults, and our one year old. We didn't order anything crazy, wings, tacos, wraps, and a chicken sandwich, oh and Mac and cheese for the baby. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where two peoples meals come out every twenty to thirty minutes, until last night. First the wraps came out, then 30 mins later the chicken sandwich, my husband's wings and the baby's Mac and cheese. 20 mins after that I finally got my street tacos and our other son received his wings. Some of our food was hot, some was not. There was barely any meat on my tacos. Our poor waitress, was so stressed out. I can only imagine how frustrated she must have been. Yes, it was a Saturday night, but they weren't that busy. Plus people that came in after us received their food before us. Please tell your kitchen they need to do better. We came to eat as a family, not at different times. In my now 41 years I have NEVER seen a kitchen serve one party at three different times. That was ridiculous!

This an example of great customer service despite a bad experience. We live about 30 minutes away from this location. We had passed through on our family trip to the dentist. We ordered to go for a bird dawg, wings, a side of carrots, a cheeseburger with fries, garlic sauce on the side, and mac n cheese with carrots. However, we ended up missing several things. One side of the carrots, the garlic sauce on the side, the fries to go with the cheeseburger and a spoon for my child to eat his macaroni with. We couldn't afford to turn around to come back. I spoke with an employee named John and then a manager named Donna. They offered us both food credit and a refund. Even though this was a great inconvenience, their customer service as well as the food we did receive being very delicious, has caused us to still highly recommend this place and we will be back.
