Buca Di Beppo Southlake

Joey, our bartender/ waiter was great while he waited at the bar on our table. very friendly and courteous and made a great gin and tonic. dredging our real waiter at the table was a little rude and I felt he was rushed to his tasks. everything in all it was still a great experience.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. we had a family meeting with relatives from the city. server was apathetic. eating was usually ok, but seemed low quality. I guess they can serve extremely large portions. the huhn marsala was too sweet. I'm glad I wasn't the one who paid! the whole place is a kind of hokey! just take a look at the carpet and they can say that they need a good cleaning. if they want great Italian cuisine, they go to carrabbas Italian grill. I will never go back to buca de beppo!

We sat by the kitchen and kept hearing the kitchen staff yelling they were out of lasagna over and over again

Unfortunately, the food was just warm and not hot when we received it.

Perhaps an off day but food wasn’t hot. Food wasn’t correct and we were told they had hired a lot of non English speaking people who were messing up orders. We went with friends who had previously called to insure they had pizza and upon arrival told they were not making it. One of our guests had onion allergy and asked for no onions only to be served onions.
