Subway - Spartanburg

This Subway and it's staff deserve more than 5 stars. They definitely raise the standard not just for fast food but restaurants all together. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back to. Ate a late lunch here today and it was fantastic! They had a crew member cleaning just about the entire time we were there and the place was incredibly clean inside. You could tell he was actually cleaning and not just wiping water on surfaces. The restrooms were very clean as well. Probably the cleanest place I have ate at in a good while. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They seemed to actually care about the customers. The two people taking orders and making the sandwiches did a great job and you could tell they were working as a team. They even went beyond to tell us about fresh cookies coming out of the oven if we didn't mind waiting a few minutes for them.

Young girl didn't seem to happy to have a customer walk in at the beginning and didn't feel like talking to me too much, at the end I got my italian BMT my way, as always

Shannon was taking care of the place by herself an hour after opening. She took care of our large party and maintained a positive attitude. It was clean and overall a good experience

That young woman who is the manager is just the BEST IN THE WORLD. She did everything by herself like a rockstar. When there should have been others in there helping her instead of being at home. This owner of this place should step back right beside her and tell his/her employees this is what makes OUR company. Without this young manager doing her job and doing it right I think it would have been closed. There is alot of things going on in the world right now and people we need to work with each other not against each other. This was a wonderful time meeting this manager and seeing how it should work. Thank you for keeping your cool and not losing it and just getting right on thru with what needed to be done. EDIT REVIEW: We we're in today on 1/10/22 and I can tell you that this manager is just wonderful. She has a great crew working for her and they were cleaning up and not just standing around. Me and my wife meet the owner of the place and he admitted to our faces that without her there wouldn't be that place. That says alot about this young manager and her crew. From my wife and myself I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and the great food. This young lady is the future of our world. So go own by this business and get you some wonderful service and great food.
