Staff is friendly, food is hot. If you have to wait they apologize when bringing your order. It's clean, which is important. While they have curbside ordering to skip the line, they now are offering DoorDash as well.

The second shift staff manager are very rude short-tempered orders take forever to get if they mess it up for example I ordered a frappe or so I thought but I ended up with a latte before they even handed it to me I tried to discuss the situation with them they would not replace it we're very rude and short about it with me and told me I needed to order the right one that they would not fix my order

Only recently(within the past 3 to 4 weeks) can I say our food has been just like the poor quality we get at the Bloomington and Ellettsville locations. The owner of those stores needs to have them strip them Never have we ever experienced poor food quality at the Spencer,IN location until the past few visits. It is still a by far more superior location than Monroe and Lawrence county stores. Don't even bother with the new Martinsville location until they can get their new store kinks worked out. What a mess! As far as employees go Spencer,IN still has the best around.
