Outback Steakhouse - Spokane Valley

We were a group of 12, and the service was very prompt. The food was enjoyable. I ordered mild wings, but they arrived spicy. The waitress swiftly exchanged them for fresh wings that were not spicy. My steak was delicious and came with asparagus. I was a bit surprised that no sauce was provided with the steak. Overall, we had a great experience.

Upon being seated, our server took our drink orders and brought us some fresh bread and butter while asking if we were interested in appetizers. We ordered sodas that were refreshing, and the bread and butter were delicious, making our wait for food more pleasant. I opted for chicken strips with fries, macaroni and cheese, and ranch for dipping, while my friend chose the smaller center-cut steak, which was 6 ounces, served with broccoli, fries, and BBQ sauce. All the food was superb. The chicken tenders were some of the best I've had in a while—flavorful and crispy. The fries and macaroni were equally tasty, and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well. She mentioned that the seasoning on the steak is consistently excellent and that the veggies were cooked perfectly. We received our food promptly, so everything was spot on: the vibe, the food, and the service. I will definitely be returning!

The restaurant was very understaffed, but the service was still quite good given the circumstances. The food was somewhat average; the mushrooms and lettuce were dark and wilted. However, the cheese fries and mac and cheese were enjoyable. Thank goodness for the complimentary bread!

Great service. Started with a blooming onion. Which was hot and on time. Ribs and salmon were on point! The mojoto was fantastic! 5 out of 5 would eat here again.

I recently visited a restaurant to treat a friend as a way to say thank you for her kindness, but it didn't quite measure up to my favorite Outback in Chandler, AZ. The service was decent, but it just didn't have that same attention and warmth I always get at Outback. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think I'd rather stick to my usual spot next time.
