As you kindly expect a certain level of mediocrity with Little Cesar 's, but the least there is usually a certain consistency, so there is no complete shocking disappointment. Tonight was the exception. Before online cus hot n ready is a myth, got there and then proceed to wait in the drive thru for about 20 minutes because who was before me would either 't pull thru in the game to wait or the staff just 't the feeling it was necessary to ask them instead of a line 5 deep. Obviously, I knew my pizza was rather cold and cooked. Also, and perhaps this on me for thinking, I should try to order something other than the usual consistently mediocre deep dish, but the supposed fanceroni was, as I said remarkably foul. It's almost a weird plane. On the other hand, the crazy bread was only this side of the literally uncooked dough. Honestly, I would have liked to take it just back, but the lobby was closed and the employee inside leaned so yes now I'm spending my evening writing this review that like 3 people best will read cus his the only way I would like to use spending 15 dollars on greasy fanceroni 'd asphalt and garlic bread dough with the consistency of what I can imagine a memory foam mattress would melt. K, thank you for coming to me.
Take the extra time and go to another location! We waited 15 for fresh pizza which was hot when it was handed to us. When we opened the pizza boxes we noticed it was charred more than usual so we thought maybe we got a well done pizza. As we dug into dinner we noticed this was an old pizza reheated! Don?t waste you money on this location find another your family will thank you!! If it wasn?t so late we would?ve return it?.
I am trying to call them about a simple mistake I made, I made an online order for this location but I live near New Caney?s new location, I ordered from this location recently as I was working out there, so I?m desperately trying to call and find a way to get in contact in order for someone to pick up the phone, but niether my friend and I who have been on call listening to a bot for over 30+ minutes. Nobody here wants to answer the calls. They say it?s my fault and I get that much, but I was simply trying to call and have them cancel this order in their location, since I don?t live anywhere near this location. They need to reevaluate their work strategy, probably hire a new manager that does care about good customer Service. They took my $28 and the food, while I sit here trying to call someone from this location to help.
Absolutely horrific service. I asked politely if I could have the managers name and contact info. The girl at the window walked away and had another girl come. The moment she opened her mouth she was rude, unprofessional and clearly uneducated. She said ?I?m not giving you the managers name?. At that point she shut the window in my face and started laughing with the other girl. I realized my order was incorrect and tried to get their attention. For a good 10 minutes they ignored me and we?re laughter at my request to have the managers name and contact. After 10 minutes she came to the window and said ?if you don?t leave I?m calling the police?. I let her know that there was something missing from my order and she grabbed it and basically threw it into my car and again slammed the window in my face. I was able to get a quick image of her. I will never again order from here! Also, I?m going to be visiting family in Detroit next week and I will be stopping at their corporate headquarters on Woodward Ave. to share my experience since they have no point of contact for customer service.
Little Caesar's Pizza is known for being quick and cheap. It's not gourmet pizza so in rating it that has to be kept in mind. This location tends to be a little slower than I would like. Rarely have I found pizza hot and ready as they advertise. It is good though when price is factored in. If you are looking for cheap pizza relatively quick, this is your place.
