I have to give him four stars. Service: Excellent thanks to Chantrell. If you ever ask for Chantrell here, she'll take care of you miraculously. Cleanliness: Ruby Tuesday was in great shape. Gloves were needed at the salad bar, and everything was clean when we came in. Food: I ordered the New Orleans Seafood platter, WHO DAT! The delicate, black Tilapia was covered with creamy sauteed shrimps. Nice New Orleans taste to boot. The tasty was accompanied with fluffy rice and grilled zucchini. I prefer grilled shrimp more than sauteed because it adds another dimension of taste and texture. ? Overall prices were as expected, service time was normal and Chantrell helped us to save some money. You can get a fifth star if the service is still excellent when I return.
The staff wasn't great. After waiting at the door for a few minutes at noon with only 6 other customers in the building. Continue this visit with the attempt to find waiting staff to find our order where our food was and to get silverware again. The food was good, the service was not a busy place, but we hardly did food in an hour because of all waiting
Fantastic service, the waitress was phenomenal. Had the refills coming, very attentive and friendly. Kept us up to date on our food wait. You can obviously tell she enjoyed what she did. You don't see that very often nowadays. The food was good, my son's got the typical food, Cheeseburgers and salad bar. I only ordered the salad bar. My one complaint was that the salad bar plates were warm, they should be chilled. And the salad bar needed some attention. The dressing was room temperature. I ordered cheesecake and it was served on a hot plate. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels.
I had hope that it would be decent. I saw a promotion in my email and had never been, so decided to try it. I was very disappointed. When I first walked in I was confused as to why they were so empty but after my experience I understand. It was my first and last time dining at this establishment. My family will not return. We received burnt appetizers after we had finished our meals, I had to actually walk it up after waiting on a server as they were all just standing together talking and laughing. There was some debris that I don?t want to know what it was. We pulled hair off two items. I was kind of just sad by the entire experience seeing the industry go down like this more and more. I still left a tip because maybe they are going through something but I see why all these restaurants are closing down. I wish them the best of luck and hope one day they can fix the issues because it has a lot of potential.
