She made several suggestions while customizing my breakfast 'horse shoe ' that were amazing. (Biscuit instead of toast, American fries on top) plus a pecan waffle and helping the keto friend in our group enjoy cottage cheese as a side to his omelette with tomatoes.
Pulled up to this old little hanger and knew we'd be in for a treat. Parking lot was bustling, always a good sign. The warm, rich aromas of breakfast filled the air. There was no wait, and the server was friendly. They have a challenge here that if you eat 4 of the pancakes pictured, they are free. According to the waitress only 3 people have completed the challenge, which comprises of 6 lbs of batter!!! Excellent food and experience, I would definitely stop again.
Excellent! Gabrielle C. took excellent care of us! Her suggestions were spot on. My fried pork-chop was sublime! The space is “classic” small town diner! Is it any wonder Guy Fieri visited Charlie Parkers on DD&D’s?? Amazing prices, amazing food, wonderful service, can’t ask for any more than that!!
It looks a little sketchy outside but this is definitely a place for breakfast if you’re in-town. I really didn’t need the big horseshoe breakfast but it was great! Gravy over sausage over potatoes over eggs over toast! Wow! Worth the carbs!
Loved the breakfast. Unique place, well worth the stop though. Quality food, great prices and solid service. No doubt I'll go back. The meal hit the spot, no issues what so ever.
