Maybe it's time for management to get retrained so they can reach out and work alongside those who are not quite at their highest potential. Lead by example on how to achieve, and maintain great customer service!

I order Timmie 's from doordash almost every day. I work from home. This is the location that fills my orders. Yesterday, when I got my order, someone had drawn a smiling coffee cup on my bag with the words stay warm! It was the sweetest thing. I haven 't smiled since hell froze over lol but this made me smile. This little act of artistic kindness made my day that much better. I wanted to say thank you. You did this when I needed it most.So if you have the option to choose your Timmie 's location, choose this one. They have heart it shows!Oh and they make a great ice cap too!!
Forgot to give us our sandwich in drive-through. Didn't notice until we drove away a distance.
The only issue I've ever had and it applies to most Tim's is the staff are not trained on how the reward points work on your NHL competition. It's very frustrating when your trying to use your points for a free coffee and yet it takes several min to actually get someone that can help . Please train all your staff in this area ..thanks .
