They were quick, kind and got out my order very fast. Pizza was very good!
It can be hit and miss. Afternoons seem to be the best. Over priced for what you get.
On our way back home to Virginia, we stopped to grab a bite for lunch at Gino’s. To put it plainly, the food was actually pretty good! My issue was, the restaurant itself was not very clean (the tables, high chair, floors, and bathrooms specifically). You can’t expect exceptional cleanliness from a roadside diner though, so I’m not too upset about that. My main issue was how long the food took. My flatbread pizza went from being my food to being an appetizer for my husband, son, and I because their spaghetti and philly cheese steak with fries came out about 30 minutes after. My son’s spaghetti was cold, so we had to send it back. They brought us a fresh plate within minutes though, and he approved of it as you can see from the pictures. Overall, it’s convenient and the food was good, but the cleanliness and service was a bit off.
I paid over $9 for a half-sized, paper-thin, burned dish. When I complained about the portion size, I was given excuses about how different locations of the restaurant have different sizes. The server was very rude when I mentioned that the food was burnt and hard. I offered to send it back, but I was so disappointed that I will never waste my money on such a tasteless and overpriced meal again. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. I was absolutely disgusted.
