Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters

We weren't sure what to expect when we decided to try the famous Mary Brown's after a long journey. As English speakers, we had some difficulty ordering because it was hard to communicate our preferences. I asked for water instead of a fizzy drink, but was told they didn't have any, even though water was on the menu. The food was very average and the only positive was that we were able to satisfy our hunger. Overall, it was a disappointing and underwhelming dining experience.

We ordered four pieces of chicken and received two pieces of light and dark meat as requested. The chicken had a light, flavorful batter that was not overly salty. The meats were fresh and tasty.

We met up with friends at Mary Browns in Deer Lake. The restaurant had a log cabin theme, which had the potential to be really nice. The chicken sandwich was pretty average, nothing special compared to other places. Additionally, they didn't have any straws for the fountain drinks.

A local favorit. chicken and tattoo are salty and tasty. very clean restaurant, eat or take it out.

I went to the Mary Browns by Deer Lake. Cute little place. Food was good. In my opinion it is a fast foos resturant. Good.
