Extremely disappointed with how we were treated and the fact that I found hair in my food. Didn't try to complain too much, just wanted it remade. The hair was brown and both my partner and I have bright blonde hair. There are at least 3 people working on food that have brown hair. We were told that they don't have anyone who works there with that colored hair. I took one bite and instantly saw the hair. It's not like we were trying to get extra food out of it or that I ate a whole meal before giving it back and asking for a new one. They did end up remaking it, which I appreciate. But, there was no reason to give us attitude and accuse us of lying when it was so obviously not that way. As someone who works in the service industry this sort of attitude without thinking is really atrocious to me.

I work in the Crossroads Mall. Co-workers and myself order here all the time. The place has really gone down hill. Pesto Cavatappi with vegan chicken and no parmesan, sometimes with extra veggies. SAME ORDER for YEARS yet this crew has problems. Order extra veggies, pay for them, never get them. I'm vegan and yet twice, have been given real chicken within the last 30 days. The people need to wake up and listen to the orders and respect the customer's wishes.
