I limited myself to an energy boosting slice of chocolate cake while my significant other indulged in a soup washed down with an Americano. But what made this refuelling special was the friendly staff and chatty fellow customers united by an appreciation for good beer. Spoiler alert the cafe is adjacent to the shop a chance to stock up or even grab a present for someone you want to impress. Thank you!
Lovely little cafe with friendly helpful staff. Prices are good and it has a nice atmosphere. A good selection of items on the menu and service is excellent. The staff are great embassadors for Greene King.
Great service, lovely food. Just had a light lunch and drink. Very good value for money . Lovely atmosphere
Our first visit to the Beer Cafè. Staff are so friendly and welcoming we felt at ease immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the chicken mayo wrap and macaroni cheese both were fresh and delicious. It was nice to be offered either a cup or mug of tea. Definitely worth a trip. The menu isn’t big but there’s something for everyone I’m sure obviously there’s beer in-house too!
