Mama Pizza - St Helens

Been here twice now. The first time was in the summer and we had children with us at 8pm, as we had been out for the day. A comment was made by them about having children out at that time of night. When I asked him what he meant, it turned into a slanging match about our country. We ordered tonight as we were in the pub next door and came for food that unfortunately the clock hotel was not serving. We ordered on the app for collection. On the website it states free kids meal when spending over £14 when we arrived to collect we were told that we had not spent enough even though we spent £15.60. We were even told we hadn 't paid for mayonnaise so couldn 't have any. So I can honestly say, I would never step foot in this place again.

Delivery driver was so rude and arrogant I opened door and he asked me my door number I said 74 he then said what you order I told him and he shook his said and said you have no number on your house, made me feel uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong. If he had read the delivery note I had written house with CREAM MINI in driveway to give clarity as to where the house is. Also next door has a number on there was no need for such a rude and horrible attitude

Ordered a full house kebab and there’s hardly any meat in it! A handful of chips and soggy salad. Won’t be ordering from here again

Great service and friendly staff. Despite what other reviews have said, the staff try their best; if something is wrong with an order, they will try to fix the problem as efficiently as possible. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
