Tin Roof - St. Louis

I usually love Tin Roof but wanted to leave a review of my negative experience on NYE in Tin Roof last night. I bought a ticket online that I Tin Roof 3 separate times and every time a manager or bartender confirms with me that the package I would buy would contain free drinks in the evening. When I arrived, my ticket included a free drink. For major events at Tin Roof, management and bartenders should know what their packages offer only days before the event.

Never had an experience as bad as this. Too much to complain. It's enough to say we'll never be back. Just avoid this place. Thank you for this advice.

Great place! Went with a group of friends for birthday and had an explosion! Bartenders were very friendly and waiting for drinks was never really so long. Had live music that was amazing to hear! Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

Food was really good! Buffalo chicken slaughter was delish! The Mac and the cheese tasted like it was made with pepper jacket so it was very delicious! Get a headliner and listen to some live music! Great cry to Alexia! She was the best waitress. She knew the menu, made suggestions and was super attentive! Ask her if you can!

The live music was why I really enjoyed myself ! The brunch food was just okay nothing to brag about ! The portions are small for the price ! The cleanliness gets zero stars ! The hardwood floors are black needs deep cleaning the fans on the walls are filled with dust like people are breathing it in! The slush machine has no lid on top which flies where flying around and sanitation is everything! The bathroom had one roll of toilet that everybody was passing over the stalls no paper towels one toilet was broke and full of bm ? our waitress gets 10 stars she was amazing she made sure we didn't need anything we bought the band drinks and that was the highlight of our sisters brunch !
