Sam's Pizza Subs - Stafford

The location by Arrowhead is top-notch! I'm a regular. About once every 2 weeks. Favorite go-to for awesome food that's fast.

Sam's was satisfactory until my husband fell ill due to food poisoning from one of their turkey subs. It's important to inquire about the freshness of their meat and produce when placing an order. Unfortunately, the turkey sub I ordered for my husband led to his illness. Despite discussing the issue with the store manager at Sam's, she continuously insisted that their products were fresh, which was clearly not the case. Regrettably, my husband's condition worsened to the point where he required hospitalization due to the food poisoning. It's crucial to exercise caution when considering dining at this establishment, especially since they offered a 50% discount on a future sub as compensation for the food poisoning incident. Please take heed and be cautious!

Unfortunately, the quality has gone down significantly over the past couple of years; overall lack of flavor, sparse toppings on pizza, soggy calimari, etc. If you're in a pinch, it'll fill you up, but you'd be better off either cooking yourself or going somewhere else. I contacted the owner to convey my family's overall dissatisfaction and requested a refund, and the best he would do us offer a $25 credit. So that's a credit for food, if made to the same quality, that my family wouldn't eat...so thanks for nothing. It was nice while it lasted.

Well you get more bang for your buck. Customer service is always good . They always get my order right. No complaints.

When we order delivery I always say NO Cole Slaw because the shimp and fries are so hot it melts the plastic cup the slaws in and I end up with soggy french fries, I guess they're too busy to read my online order.
