On the hot appetizer there was a stuffed mushroom a baked clam eggplant rolatini and mozzarella corrozza. The only thing that was edible was the mozzarella. The other things were dry and had a tang. Next up was pasta, that wasn't bad. Then salad, also not bad. Dinner options were veal franchaise, a chicken dish and salmon. They weren't terrible but after the appetizer having a tang,I couldn't eat much. I asked for a simple piece of grilled chicken which was awful. How do you mess up that? I wish i could un eat what i did consume. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Ordinarily average. Food, atmosphere, decor are all just meh. The service on the other hand was outstanding! Thank you to our server Michael for that.
Nice homey place. Very noisy hard to hold a conversation. Food was good, prices average we even had a visitor at our table. A nice little bug on the table that I couldn't identify. Will try again on a not so busy night. Surprised at the the expresso..it was a full cup not have empty as other Italian restaurants...Food: 4/5
The pasta wasn't Al Dente it was uncooked stuck together whatever prestige this establishment had in the past it has long lost it the ambience and entire establishment is dated outdated example the entire house salad overwhelmingly huge amount of wilted lettuce with one grape tomato divided in four for the entire plate unbelievable
I took my wife to La Fontana for our anniversary on a weekday. Very good old school charm. Excellent service, great food, and shockingly reasonable prices. The bar drinks were also very well done. When the bill came my wife thought something was wrong. We will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5
