Taqueria Mexican - Staten Island

The food was awful, I ordered tacos al pastor and the tacos had French fries on top of them, as far as I know tacos al pastor does not come with French fries on the top. I also gave specific instructions for some of my tacos and they did everything wrong. This is not the first time this happened to me, the first time I thought it was an accident but now I believe this people don’t really care about their business.

This restaurant is simply authentic and the staff is very passionate about their business. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. However, the salsa could use some improvement and the flavors in the enchilada plate could be stronger.

The molcajete is listed under the appetizers, but it is a meal meant for at least two people. The portion was generous, and my friend and I had enough leftovers for another dinner. It was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly!

I have ordered from this restaurant several times through different apps and by calling the location directly. I have noticed that the prices vary depending on the platform you order from, and sometimes the food arrives cold. Paying $3.50 per taco is unreasonable considering the quality of the food. It is disappointing how some restaurants label themselves as "authentic" without truly delivering on that promise. I will not be ordering from here again.
