This is one of the few BBQ spots in the area. The service is acceptable, but the food is just average.
Wow! I was really impressed with this restaurant. The food was exceptional! I tried the double stack burger topped with pulled pork and blackberry chipotle sauce. It’s not as sweet as you might expect, but incredibly flavorful. I will definitely be returning!
I feel compelled to share my experience because it was quite disappointing. The brisket tasted more like pot roast, and honestly, the only redeeming aspect was that the fries were served hot. We ordered a large portion, but it amounted to just a handful. The BBQ sauce was exceedingly thick, almost like jam. They claimed to have mac and cheese, but it was just raw noodles topped with a scoop of nacho cheese. Additionally, the silverware was just tossed on a cart, requiring us to dig through a box to find it. The pico de gallo on the tacos consisted of only a tablespoon of tiny diced tomatoes. I recommend saving your money or opting for Mission BBQ instead. There was only one person working, which made the wait times longer, and the place lacked air conditioning. While they advertise Yuengling on the window, they only had water, soda, and tea available.
The best barbecue on the Eastern Shore, without a doubt. The food is fantastic!
