Why is there a tip line on the bill with a 20% option when there is no waitstaff in Centreville? My husband felt pressured to leave a 20% tip, even though I went to the counter to pick up my food.

I tried calling multiple times, but there was no answer. Also, their website is currently down.

This is one of the few BBQ spots in the area. The service is acceptable, but the food is just average.
