During my time working in the area, I needed a quick bite and a coffee. I stumbled upon this charming coffee shop on Main Street in Steytlerville. The savory muffin paired with the freshly brewed coffee was exactly what I was looking for. Michelle, the owner, was friendly and accommodating. It's rare to find a coffee shop where you feel like you're visiting family. Plus, the old car museum nearby was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend supporting this gem!
We had a delightful and relaxed light lunch at this coffee shop, complete with hot chocolate for the whole family. The children were fascinated by the friendly bat-eared fox, I enjoyed watching the steenbok, and my husband appreciated the vintage cars on display. Depending on the weather, the entrance might appear closed since most visitors tend to sit around the side or back of the building, so it's worth stepping out of the car to take a look. Allocate 2-3 hours to explore everything, as the extra time spent here is definitely worthwhile. This place features an animal rescue center and vintage car restoration in addition to the café.
Great choc brownies my Fav. Everything is good and the coffee great. Thanks Jurie and Michelle.
The perfect stop for a weary traveller. Delicious chocolate brownie and a hot coffee on a cool winters bike ride. Very friendly and helpful host, interesting animals and a nice car collection.
