Luigi's Pizzeria - Stockton-on-Tees

Usually I have never had a problem but last night , I Found 2 hairs wrapped inside the kebab wrap, I ended up just binning the full take away . Put me off ordering again

My daughter and I usually order takeout from this restaurant regularly, sometimes twice a week. However, tonight we had a disappointing experience. As I was eating my chicken, I found a long black hair in it. My daughter called the restaurant to inform them, but they initially hung up on her. When she called back, the person she spoke to nonchalantly dismissed the issue, saying that finding a hair in the food was not a big deal. While it may not be harmful, I am not comfortable eating someone else's hair, especially considering the potential hygiene implications. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The pizza was greasy, the chips were cold and undercooked. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I tried to order delivery from their menu that was put through my door, but the prices did not match. When I asked for a new menu to prove the increase, they claimed they didn't have one. Eventually, I picked up the food but it was terrible. If it had been good, I might have accepted their explanation. Overall, I would not recommend this takeaway.

We order from this restaurant once or twice a month and the food quality is consistently good. The delivery always arrives on time. The pizza and Parmos are highly recommended.

Ordered a pizza and a couple of kebabs from here. Really good value no dramas at all with the food it was really tasty. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Will use again.
