Restaurace Harlekýn - Stod

I have been going to this restaurant for several years and my experiences are always positive, the food is tasty, especially the service is decent, which is rarely seen. Yesterday I ordered a natural slice, fries, tater tots and I was pleasantly surprised, especially tater tots! I had to I asked for the recipe because I assumed it was homemade I'll keep coming back and that's why I don't hesitate to come back with joy. I'm just surprised by the review I read, I don't understand when someone thinks that nowadays they can get such a portion for so little money, so I don't want to say what I think about him! just let it go, I'll be back. We ended up in this place quite by accident. As soon as we opened the door, the stench (sorry, but there's no other way) from the fryers and other odors from the kitchen was thrown at us. No problem, we thought. After sitting at the table for a while (an austere environment, like somewhere in the hall at a station), the waiter came to tell us that one of the two dishes was already finished and there was only one last piece of the other. The food that was enough, i.e. more than two portions, was potato with carrots and meat. The last portion of the meal was some kind of chicken, unfortunately we didn't know what it was from the name, it just featured chicken. So we chose carrots once, and secondly, the fry with potatoes offered below on the menu. After our wish to eat the fry here, we were warned that we would have to wait about 30-45 minutes for the fryer to heat up.....but we did it anyway they nodded. Apart from the two of us, about 8 other people ate in the restaurant. After about 30 minutes the food was brought to us. I was satisfied with the carrots with regard to my protein-free diet and, in fact, with the fact that the portion of meat was four pieces, yes four pieces of meat with a maximum weight of 50g. I wouldn't eat meat anyway. So I was paradoxically satisfied. Only here and there an undercooked potato crunched between my teeth......Worse was the damn fryer. For someone to really serve us a few potatoes on a plate (of course sprinkled with turmeric, although, it really didn't help much) and a slice of cheese, without a single piece of tomato, or cucumber, or hell even a piece of something alive from vegetables.... nothing, just nothing! !! And tartar? I guess it hasn't arrived here yet, this comfort, so we'll skip the tartare..... We are from southern Bohemia, and I can say that this gentleman running Harlekýn wouldn't even cut corners here in the south. It's really a wonder that this pub caricature can work, and even more surprising, I really don't understand the positive reviews from diners, below. For my little thing, I would rate this place with -2 stars, but the minimum is 1, so I give you Mr. Harlequin a full....one star, even though my heart is really bleeding! Never more !!!

I had the opportunity to be a photographer at a wedding where the reception was right here in Harlekýn and I can only recommend it. Service is nice, friendly and helpful. Food perfect. I have nothing to criticize Parking: The square offers plenty of free space on the weekend Service: Dine in
