I'll never get tired of coming here. Had my wedding reception here and also been for Sunday lunch Christmas Dinner and it is fantastic! Food is amazing, and the people that work there are fantastic too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I organised our works Xmas party on the 16th Dec. We were all very disappointed. For £45 per head we definitely didn’t get our moneys worth. The band and Dj were very good however the food was a let down as we've eaten here many times, it was buffet style with only a ciabetta roll (half baked) and very dry with only 2 pieces of meat, pigs n blankets without blankets, roast potatoes which were hard and the size of a jacket potato , and over cooked stuffing, with very watery gravy, they ran out of turkey which meant we at to wait 30 minutes for mor to come out, it was absolutely shocking for the money we paid, there was no complementary drink and no deserts. There wasn’t an option for vegetarians. There were no games played between tables which I feel would have been nice to mix up and get involved with other company’s, also the tables were very squashed together leaving you no room to move I was constantly getting up and down to move my chair to let somebody pass, it was very frustrating, I just think for the Same price in other venues we could of had a sit down 3 course meal plus entertainment with a complimentary drinks and a more party like atmosphere, unfortunately we will not be using the quarter bank again due to it being a very disappointing experience. I think a microwave meal would have been better, and as I arrange the Christmas party for my team I was very embarrassed to say the least. My one star is for music

REALLY DISSAPPOINTED Used to love the quarter in Hanley. Visited Potbank on Friday night group size 12. I appreciate Xmas meals and large groups not the best time to judge. Though it wasnt over busy, slow to clear in between courses, then made to feel uncomfortable as soon as pudding out. Male staff member then came and quite rudely taking payment. In real contrast to in past in Hanley. Main course was good however I thought starter and pud quality seriously underwelming. Had 2 non alcoholic drinks and 3 course I think £50 steep for this. Ushered off the table no mention of tea or coffee to end the meal.
