Mcdonald's - Strasburg

I found a McDonald 's way out here on the WV MD border where the drive in person just says 'hi ' instead of 'Are you going to be using the mobile app? . It does exist. Love it.

Jimmy is the best guy they’ve got. Truly the nicest worker I’ve seen in a long time.

Morning staff suck and don't even try, if you're going here only go later in the day, especially if you order iced coffee, it will only look and taste like milk, and don't bother adding extra coffee shots the morning staff won't put them in and just waste your money. I’ve wasted over $30 ordering coffee and I won’t be going back now.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait at a spot and they brought out half the food and when I went back inside the lady rolled her eyes and went in the back and made other people's food

I placed my order. It came out wrong. When I went in to have it fixed the manager and an employee told me that I ordered wrong. They looked at my receipt to see they made it wrong and still gave me attitude and did NOT apologize for the error which was theirs.
