Wingstop - Streamwood

I ordered from Wing Stop in Streamwood, IL through the Wing Stop App. Door Dash Picked Up The Order and Delivered It to The Wrong Address. I'm looking at pictures of my food on the ground at the wrong address. I phoned Wing Stop in Streamwood,IL the middle eastern young lady hung up on me when I was trying to explain this to her. I asked to speak to the manager and the dial tones is what I got. I reached out to door dash the organization that has the delivery service, I was told by Door Dash since I didn't order the food through their app and it was through Wing Stop App they can't assist me with this matter. The Worst Experience.

I ordered on the app; picked up my order. When I got home I found they got my order wrong. I ordered an 8 piece boneless wing, got a 6 piece. This is the second time they've gotten my order wrong. I've tried calling them, but being put on hold for 20 minutes, I stopped in to talk to them but they told me they did nothing wrong. Customer service is non existent. I'm done ordering from Wing Stop.

Gave me regular fries when I order the Cajun meal. So since they're not going to make things right I'm giving them 1

The guy Bhavin was really rude and unfriendly with me. He acted like a boor. I really don't get those who rate him with 5*. Unless he is a rasist and for that reason treated me ill, unlike the way he treated others. Never comming back there.
