Beautiful West African cuisine, mostly vegan, with the only exception is huhn (oh no eating is easy, but delicious, and the staff very friendly
Great eating, baptizing vegan choices and super friendly staff. we had the mixed plate, fried yams and samosas and everything was delicious. highly updated by previous review on 2022-05-10
Patacon obi offers a few clearly labeled vegan African dishes. I tried the mixed plate, and it tastes great! it comes with rice, a spicy bean mixture, fried plantain and other tasty. very tasteful and exceptional! the part was huge when I brought him to it, and I have good appetit, I could leave the other half for my man who also enjoyed it. the price of around 13€ is a very good value.
We went there to try if we like cooking bananas and because the menu looked good overall. We weren't disappointed! We liked the jollof rice and the kidney beans most the herbs and spices were so good! The banana burger was cool, too very unconventional and worth a try. Its a lot of fried food, so come prepared to overdo it calory-wise On top, the waitress and cook are really adorable. The menu is vegan overall as i understood, there are just some non-vegan additions like meat, feta and honey (with the puff puffs) thart are cleary stated on the menu if a dish contains them. Or with the puff puffs, you can simply chose another topping than honey.
