Half Moon - Suffolk Coastal

Good to see the Half Moon being returned to its former glory as a friendly and welcoming family pub. The new owners are doing a great job and I wish them well with their plans to reinvigorate the pub.

Had a few trips to the half moon since its been taken over. We find it a friendly welcoming pub. Staff and management are friendly and always have a smile. Good choice of drinks available. Our grandkids love going for 'lemonade time ' .

First time i had been in the Half Moon. Good to see James and Tina making an impact and getting stuff done. Look forward to seeing it reach its potential. Friendly staff and a nice cold pint. Look forward to popping in again very soon.

Great now it is under new management- Has now been brought back to a 'traditional English pub ' with lots of character. Owners and staff are really friendly

Went to go here with my partner (we’ve been coming here over a year, him over 2 years! . He was band from a pub in Felixstowe due to someone he was with having a physical altercation with someone. And these owners have now brought the pub we have been going to all that time, and they have told him he is also band from here even though he was never band from this establishment. The other altercation was years ago. So it’s disgraceful that a pub he’s been going to for years, he now can’t. Even though he’s NEVER caused ANY trouble there. I have also been there myself recently with a friend and it’s absolutely awful, expect 1 bar lady with long hair and tattoos. She was amazing. Everyone else was rude and unapproachable! The lady who owns it is not a nice lady and EVERYONE in our town complains about her. If you’re looking for a good experience, this is NOT the place to go.
