Contribuer aux commentairesPLEASE BRING BACK THE BUTTER CAKE THE WAY IT WAS. This new version isn't the same. When I come to Billings I stop here just for butter cake. Super disappointed it the new version.
We sat on the saloon side on this visit and it was very nice with the same menu as the more formal dining area. They let us split the steak and served it already halved. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious. Great experience!
As out-of-towners, we thought the food was entirely bland. I had to salt every single food item that was presented to our table aside from my steak (though sadly I ordered a 16 oz ribeye where 1/3 of it was literally just a 5-6 oz slab of fat. I like fat and know ribeyes to be fatty but this was overkill). This includes the butter for our bread, the burger we ordered and the baked potato as well. I received a side salad with my entree and it looked and tasted like it came right out of a gas station plastic container. The food here is not recommended. Miranda was our server and she was the shining star of the restaurant! My girlfriend and I loved her. She was quick to our table with everything, checked in on us regularly and overall made us feel very welcome. She’s funny too! The atmosphere gives off that the restaurant is a fancy, high-class establishment but the execution of that vision is missed solely because the food looks and tastes like cardboard, which was so disappointing. Everything else fits right at home with other fancy places I’ve been. It’s like walking into Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory with excitement for what’s to come only to find that it’s not anything like you expected it to be and you leave with a bad taste (or no taste at all, actually) in your mouth. This place can be an easy five stars if they just placed an emphasis on the main attraction: the food.
Absolutely amazing experience and food. The local craft beer selection is amazing as well. Our server, Connor, was attentive, professional and kind.
Loud. I ate in bar area but food was and hot and delicious. Had the filet.
