Best ice cream around it's a great place altogether too

I don’t like to leave one star reviews especially because small town businesses are my favorite but after three trips here and having poor experiences each time it is my honest review. The customer service was horrible every time, grumpy employees who acted annoyed. I’m not sure if they were annoyed at their job or annoyed I was there but either way, 0/5 stars. I tried several items off the menu, I would stick with the ice cream (it’s normal grocery store level quality) and avoid the burgers at all cost. I enjoy their fun seasonal flavors of ice cream but honestly nothing has been worth the price to me. I hope they do some customer service training and sell some improved products next season.

Bets ice cream place in Southern Illinois!! The staff are always so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Only downside is the lack of restroom. But there's a gas station across the street.

Love the ice cream options. Cool and refreshing when driving home from visiting family.

They have a good variety of ice cream..and its all yummy. The employees are very polite
