He is originally from the south and proclaimed that this was the best vegan soul food he had ever tasted, as well as the best soul food in general. I agreed, stating that it tasted like it was made with love. He also agreed and added that he had the crispy chicken sandwich with a side of greens, while I enjoyed the Pon-Junge and the rock mac and cheese. Overall, we both rated our experience a perfect 15 out of 10.
I love everything about this restaurant, except for the oxen. Their sides are unbelievable and they have really nailed the vegan soul food concept.
