One of the preferred places in Bay Area for Indian dishes. They have really good north Indian items (parantha, chana bhatura) and a few gravies we’ve tried. Overall, it has been our default place for a year now. Their service is also quite good. They promptly serve more items when asked and that makes me go to them repeatedly. They also have an offer to get 5 chapati on 2 gravy during weekdays. Their chapati is also homely. Definitely would recommend the place.
Tried the combo thaalis. The amount, taste and price (12.50) are all a hit. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is not as big as before, but that's not a deal breaker at all.

I love Chaat House. There's no better place for authentic homemade Indian food in the bay area. It feels like grandma cooking for me my favorite dishes!?? Thank you for the delicious food and service, Chaat House!?
