Contribuer aux commentairesI made a reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived at the restaurant, there was no record of it. I was seated at a small table at the bottom of the stairs in a busy hallway. My order was taken as a takeout item. The fries were not good and the burger was just okay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and I would have been willing to wait for a table. However, the location of my table and the constant flow of people walking by without acknowledging me was frustrating. I would not recommend this restaurant.
We had a reservation for a high-top table at 12:30, when we there was no one at the reception and every single table was dirty when it was not occupied. I also noticed that my reservation already showed us as sitting what was strange. I finally saw a person behind the bar, and he totally ignored me and went 3 times from me. no exaggeration, we waited for another 15 minutes before someone finally came to “help”. service is extremely bad. eating was ok, not amazing, and they only serve brunch on Sat/sun no lunch. decent choice of beer, but much luck get one!
The service was subpar. The menu lacked clarity. Our group of 9 requested Brezel bites, but when they arrived, there were only 5 small pieces on a tiny plate. When we questioned if that was enough, the waiter's response was, "You didn't specify a quantity." While not a major issue and not entirely his fault, the management should invest in better training for their staff and emphasize the importance of customer service. This is how a restaurant can set themselves apart in today's competitive market.
The dining experience was average, not great. The server was friendly, but disappeared after bringing our food. The tomato bisque was the most peculiar I have ever tasted, lacking any tomato flavor.
Good place for dinner and drinks with friends and coworkers after work.
