She commented on the “grand” atmosphere, the decor and the comfortable seats. The handout kept her busy until the food came. We ordered the appetizer cheeseburger sliders with a side of fries and the spinach dip. Four little burgers and the delicious fries were plenty for two of us. The dip had very large chunks of artichokes and was great on the table bread. We ate light to leave room for desert. They were out of the apple pie which was our first choice so we went with the chocolate cupcakes. With vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, it was wonderful. The bill was only $48 including tip. The best part of our experience was our server. I could see she was very busy, but still made time to be very attentive to all her tables. She was friendly and struck up a rapport with the 10 year old. She described a Shirley Temple, suggested a replacement desert and brought her another package of the bendable sticks; saying that maybe she would make something for her to keep. Towards the end, my charming dining companion presented her with a rather large flower she made with the sticks. Our server opened her book and showed us the old and tattered one she had kept from a previous diner and found a place for her new one. It was very nice.
We eat here often and have never had a bad meal. Try the baked to order desserts! They are all awesome.
I ordered the ahi tuna salad and was absolutely disgusted at the tuna that was used. It was rolled like a sushi roll with seaweed, but that would have been ok if the grade of tuna was ahi tuna. This was disgusting?it was shiny and had a nasty taste to it. It was worse than sushi I have had at a sushi buffet so I am not too terribly fussy. I paid $16.99 for this meal and had to go home and finish eating. My dinner companion had a cobb salad and thought it was one of the worst she had ever eaten. This place is definitely overrated and Cheesecake Factory was definitely better.
I have eaten there for lunch and dinner on different occasions and both time the noise level too loud to enjoy your guests and the food. I strongly suggest they investigate ways to adjust the ceiling. Otherwise, the food is good.
Since this place opened I must say, IT ROCKS!!! Their food is Excellent, portions are huge, atmosphere the best. Great drinks although pricey are also great...you cannot go wrong. Beautiful great place to eat whether with family, kids or just that special person...ENJOY
