We purchased a Pizzamaster through Michael. From preliminary ideas to multiple years after purchase their support team has been excellent.
I bought a Stefano Ferrara Oven from Michael about 5 years ago, I reached out to him 2 years ago to have my oven re-pointed and repaired. (Ferrara ovens are known for delicate floors and falling mortar) All the while I received nothing but lip service and false promises. I would avoid dealing with him based on the lack of company support. Buy an oven and then your left twisting in the wind...
