Despite the lackluster pharmacy, The Ladle elevates the culinary scene in this mining town. The chicken wings, BBQ pork chops, and breakfast options are particularly satisfying and make it worth a visit when you're in the area. While you're there, be sure to admire the artwork by local painter and film director Deborah Kay, which is prominently displayed in the hotel lobby.
This restaurant is lovely, and the food is incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend it! The staff is excellent too!
Went to try the breakfast, weekend of Prickly Pear festival, food was awesome! Had granola crusted French toast. What was horrible was that if you dont carry cash you can't tip your server! Apparently only the owner touches the fancy register. The servers must hand him the orders which he inputs and he only handles the checks as you leave. His credit machine does not allow for a tip nor does he ask if you would like to leave one. Thank goodness I carry cash or my server would have lost out! It's my understanding that the country hes from does not tip but here we do!
Not sure what happened here but had breakfast in March and was amazing, ate there last week and food had gone way down hill. We had French toast and Biscuits and Gravy last trip so decided to go for that again. French toast was raw and bland not the same fair we loved in March. B and Gravy was watery and tasteless. Looked forward to this being a automatic stop on our way to Globe. Disappointed in Glendale
New restaurant in Superior inside the Magma Hotel. Hours vary right now so call them for exact hours. Food is delicious and affordable. Every day is a different menu. I know as of right now, Friday is seafood night (cod, salmon, shrimp) and Saturday is prime rib. If you're looking for a nicer place to have dinner with your family and you're in the area of Superior, this is a must-try.
