This was my first visit to the Surf City Hotel for dinner in many years. My parents and grandparents used to dine here often back in the 1950s...
Lousy service and even worse food. We waited 20 minutes just to get water, then it took another 30 minutes to place our appetizer orders. The appetizers finally arrived after an hour, and it took nearly 40 minutes for the entrees to follow.
