Chili's Grill - Surprise

The food was lukewarm, the salad appeared to be tossed haphazardly, and the lettuce was limp. Overall, not a satisfying meal.

The Alex's Santa Fe Burger was missing the Santa Fe sauce, and the Mushroom Swiss Burger had barely any mushrooms and was overcooked. I had requested my Mushroom Swiss Burger to be cooked rare. If we were dining in, both burgers would have been returned.

They have really yummy food that always arrives hot, and with extra dipping sauce : Southwest Eggrolls are my favorite. And everyone at the restaurant is really great :

The burger was delicious and arrived hot. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese, a side salad, and a dipping sauce on the side. The restaurant packaged everything neatly in a bag, and it was clear that they double-checked the order before sending it out. The receipt inside the bag was highlighted and marked off with the initials of an employee. Usually, when ordering from DoorDash, something is missing, but not at this restaurant!

They sent the wrong tea, but other than that, great.
