Domino's Pizza - Surrey

The restaurant appears to be skimping on toppings and the pizza crust is becoming increasingly thin. It's not worth ordering the specialty pizzas anymore.

I recently ordered four large pepperoni pizzas from Domino's in Grandview Heights for around $40, which was half of what I usually pay. However, when I ordered the same pizzas from Domino's in Newton, the total was over $80. I inquired about the difference in prices and was told that there may have been a promotion in Grandview Heights that was no longer available. I called Grandview Heights again and was offered a discount of $11 on each pizza, making the total $44 plus tax for four pizzas. When I mentioned this to Domino's in Newton, they refused to offer the same price or promotion. Therefore, if you order four large pepperoni pizzas from Domino's in Grandview Heights, your total will be $44 plus tax with the promotion automatically applied. However, if you order from Domino's in Newton, you will not receive any promotion and the price will be over $80 for four pizzas. When I brought this up to Newton, they only offered a $1 discount.

My favorite Domino's location because Donna is truly outstanding and kind. She deserves a raise for her exceptional service.

We ordered Pacific Veggie and Extravaganza Pizza from this location. The cheese ? and other toppings were very less. The Pizza taste was more like chutney over Naan/Roti or Achari Roti. They can work on providing mandatory cheese and toppings guidelines set by Dominos.

Hi I bought a pizza Sunday night on the 11th I ordered a small hand tossed they upgraded it to a medium thin crust. And they couldn’t even cut the pizza properly. The pizza wasn’t even eatable it was so burnt. I also, emailed them and they couldn’t even reply. Horrible service never come here especially at night. I would appreciate if that employee is talked too about the proper procedures and customer service skills on making a pizza.
