I recently tried the sticky peanut butter fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and brisket, and the Asian slaw. Every dish was bursting with flavor, especially the mashed potatoes which had a bold and explosive taste. The standout dish was definitely the peanut butter fried chicken, which was coated in a generous amount of sticky and delicious sauce. The only downside to this place is the pricing, as $24 for fried chicken might be a little steep for the portion size.
Very nice place except the seat is limited. Creative Korean fusion. Love the fried chicken and sweet corn. Will go with friends next time again.
I've been to the Institute a couple of times already, and it never fails to satisfy my chicken cravings We tried their recommended taco of day (beef brisket) it was a great entree before the fried chicken. If it's still on the menu on your visit, it's highly recommended
Went there last night and bought a peri peri chicken , chicken uncooked and the chef waitress cook a new batch of peri peri chicken and took the peri peri chicken out of the bill , in total i got 2 peri peri chicken for free , good ambience , good food and good service , must try all the chicken menu (chook) recommended! 5*
Had a magical night. Ordered sticky chicken and peanut butter chicken, it was shockingly good. The skin was crispy but juicy and tender inside!! The kimchi poutine is a must! And don't forget the steam bun! Nothing can't go wrong here! Definitely recommended!! THUMBS UP!!
