Eating was not very good. the place looks nice and pleasant, but the toilet is too small. personal is helpful and friendly I would give 7/10

Tbh, the personal was nice enough as it is a franchise, and the pizza crust was beautiful and crispy. but looking at the price-performance ratio and the portions, it is not the best for pizza in svolvaer. in my special experience was the Wi-Fi internet down and not much was really done to help with it. for traveling in a remote part of the country this makes it really difficult to plan the next step! it is not food criticism, but a problem of the institutions.

Nevertheless, it took almost an hour until we finally got our pizza. we thought we could enjoy a nice and quiet evening meal during our stay in svolvaer from the ship, but it turned out to be very laborious because of the long delay. when we paid our dinner, another waitress asked us if we had paid when we left the restaurant. very unfriendly experience. I will not visit this restaurant again.

Really disappointing experience on a takeaway pizza order from a brand we love. We ordered a gluten free pizza as I am celiac and specifically asked for no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. When we got home the pizza was full of cheese. They also forgot one pizza in our order so we had to wait extra time for that.
