We three ate in the shop at 6pm. Batter on cod was lovely and crispy; not swimming in oil. Chips had been freshly cooked. Fab meals and good value for money. We're definitely coming back! My wife and I moved to the area 3 years ago and the best discovery we have made during that time is Mother Hubbards Fish chips. Previously we would occasionally, on a convenience basis, take home Fish chips. Since discovering Mother Hubbards, Friday evening has become a ritual, which we look to above any other meal of the week (otherwise we cook dinner ourselves every evening). Sounds an exaggeration, well we can hardly believe it ourselves. Please keep up the excellent service . Sincerely, Bob Julia
