The place was so crowded at night, i love thw tofu salad. Fresh and good. Sauce was tasty. Takoyaki was ok but not somtehing that I would remember. The service took a long time even just for the rice. Maybe because there were so many people. Not sure tho
Placed in a relatively shabby looking mall close to central station, for dinner this place has a huge variety of Japanese food, both sushi and foods other than sushi. Their karaage is TOP NOTCH, though it comes in small pieces, it is really juicy and freshly deep fried. I really like the udon mixed with 明太子 (can't remember the english for it - is it "caviar"?). Finished a whole plate of these in minutes. The grilled squid was maybe a bit too salty, they maybe put too much soy sauce that time. The staff were very polite, patient and kind. Do keep in mind not all Japanese waitresses and waiters are as patient and nice as stereotyped *ahem* Yebisu Izakaya *ahem*. Sorry for the cough. The sushi, sashimi etc were really fresh. They also offer a wide range of Japanese alchoholic drinks. Sake etc were good too, can't remember which one we tried last time though. Overall a very good experience, the only thing i think could be better is maybe its location and interior, just maybe...
